Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

A depressed person already feels bad enough you don't need to additionally point it out to them (they know). If you want to be helpful you can empathize and say yeah that sucks or just point out how its not so bad and there are other positive things to focus on.

Get seen: For some men, erection is easy but ejaculation is difficult in some or all circumstances. For example, many men find getting oral sex extremely exciting but can't climax. If this is a factor in all situations, including when you're by yourself, it may be from meds (SSRI's, etc). If just intercourse, work with your partner on positioning and so forth. Ask your doctor if yohimbine is right for you.

started on prozac (fluoxetine) for ocd+anxiety a couple of mos ago. lately been feeling very happy all the time, i feel so lucky & i love my life. is this normal?

Yes, but: It is OK to feel good, and love your life.  However, if you are concerned you are having a Mania episode, triggered by the fluoxetine, you need to talk to your provider immediately.  Have the provider assess you for mania or hypomania; if you do not have these, then you are doing very well!  Be safe, and talk to your provider.

Appetite change: Any abrupt changes in appetite, especially when combined with other physical symptoms, indicates a problem.  See your doctor for evaluation !
