Fluid: Most likely an effusion behind the eardrum,  it should clear on its own but it may take a while.  90% of patients will drain in 3 months. If you start to feel pain in the ear or develop fever see a doctor.

You may have: tinnitus however your symptoms are more consistent with wax build up in the ears. Have your health care provider clean out your ears or use a product like Debrox at home.

Very doubtful;: Not only is it not that loud, it's also not loud in the higher registers. The starter's gun (if they still use such things) is probably worse.

i got tackled  hard in rugby i did not hit my head but it hurt my head an neck my ears hurt with sound my head dosent hurt now do i have a concussion?

Probably not: A concussion involves either loss of awareness or possibly altered mentation, so potentially things like confusion even in absence of loss of consciousness can still be a concussion. Pain, alone, doesn't make it a concussion.

after my ears were cleaned i hear a low pitched sound in them when the tv plays the pitched sound increases i think its tinnitus but is this cause there no wax in my ears

I : I may have answered this question already so forgive me. Tinnitis is usually caused by an inner ear problem, not wax, and there are directed treatments for it if it is bothering you. Your best bet is to have an ENT evaluation with an audiogram to better understand the cause for this.
