Needs Evaluation: A breast discharge that is only on one side and is itchy needs evaluation.  You should see your GYN.  Most of the time it turns out to be ok but since 1 in 8 women get breast cancer, its best be seen, examined and get some breast imaging before sounding the "all-clear."

Could test at home: You could also wait a week or 2,  see if the symptoms persists, then do a home test to check if you are pregnant.  If you still have questions or want a blood test to tell if you are very early pregnant then go see your doctor.

One week: The best time of your cycle to do a mammogram or breast ultrasound is going to be when your period is over, maybe the week after your period is done when the breasts are not going to be tender.

i'm 10 days past ovulation my left breast has a burning sensation headaches and heartburn.  could this be a early pregnancy symptom or something else.

Likely some thing: else. Ten days after ovulation is too soon to have pregnancy symptoms. If you miss your period by 4-5 days then do a home pregnancy test, use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully.

You : You should probably see your family doctor just to make sure it is nothing serious. You are young and the chances of having something really bad is low especially with a negative family history. But you have to make sure.

im a 26yr old female virgin.the problem is sometimes, i felt a sudden jolt of pain on my left breast, pain level probably level 1/10, and it comes and go for maybe 1 minute. i wasnt aroused though i think. is this normal or should i be worried?

: A sudden jolt which you described as mild is not suggestive of anything serious and is probably a muscle pain or nerve pain.

Breast pain: Pain in one breast could be related to a cyst or a fibroadenoma.  It could also be due to trauma. Breast cancer would not be a frequent reason for breast pain. Exercise with a bra that is lacking in support is also a possible cause.   Your physician can better advise after evaluation.

Fibrocystic changes: You could have fibrocystic changes. This is the most common cause of breast pain.  It can be aggravated by caffeine, stress, menstrual cycle and hormonal supplements. If you are over 40, then you should have a mammogram and ultrasound.  Please get evaluated by a breast specialist.
