YES: Dry mouth, or xerostomia is a common factor in tooth decay.  When your mouth dries out, the saliva that is full of the enzymes and minerals that help to keep your teeth strong cannot do its job because, well, its gone!  try biotene products to get back those important enzymes and minerals, as well as see your ENT or physician to determine if your mouth breathing is caused nasal obstructions.

In my opinion: the MOST COMMON REASON for a dry mouth is SNORING at night/Mouth Breathing during the day!

However your Dentist (Oral Health Professional should be consulted since underlying disorders should be ruled out!!

Dry mouth issue: I am a dentist that has also suffers from this.  For dry mouth, I have used xylimelts:

I have dust mite allergies, and have used covers for the pillows and mattress.   An air mattress type bed harbors mold..which I am also allergic to, and found out the hard way.

Try one of those air filtration systems, like an ionizer.  Don't get one that emits UV light.

i gt up about 10-15 times during night to urinate. over reactive bladder cure?  also does anxiety disorder cause need 2 urinate dry mouth n thirst

See below: There are many causes of frequent daytime and nighttime urinary frequency with overactive bladder a possibility IF all other causes have been ruled out by proper evaluation. Given degree of your frequency associated with dry mouth and thirst, I would be much more concerned about the possibility of diabetes and/or other medical problem causing your symptoms. Recommend see an MD as soon as possible!

Some of these include many medications, diabetes, thyroid disease, other endocrine disorders, mouth breathing,  allergy treatments, autoimmune disease, etc.  The best idea is to think about any obvious causes such as not drinking much fluid and discuss the problem with a doctor.

Many diseases can present with a dry mouth or it may be due to medications .It would be important to know if the dryness is only when you wake or other times as well. Any other symptoms? If symptoms do persist or worsen you should seek medical attention.

The best way to determine if there is a real reduction in the production of saliva is to do a proper measurement.
