Could be sinus : Sounds like a sinus infection however without a thorough examination it would be hard to guess.  See an ENT for a thourough examination.  It also could be a deviated septum, a brain tumor, allergies or tmj.  Start with a consult with an ENT specialist.

i woke up with purplish bruising near my nose on both sides its near where the inner corner of youre eyes near where the nose is what could cause this ? i havent been feeling well had a fever 101.4 and coughing ( not covid ?

: Could you have had running nose and blowing or wiping your nose? You should probably use soft wipe to reduce bruising. There a number of circulating viruses like influenae, RSV apart from COVID; to know what is causing symptoms you may need to be tested so you could be treated if you have risk factors that could lead to severe illness otherwise rest, increase warm fluid intake and help body fight.

i was laying down and my head just started spinning and horrible pain between my eyes. so much pressure, can't focus on anything. i have uncompensated labyrinthitis. could that be the cause?

No way to know from: a distance. Also be aware that labyrinthitis is only a label for a pattern of symptoms &amp; may not reflect much insight into what is actually happening. Pain would be consistent with intracranial issues, such as a vascular headache.

Sound like Sinusitis: Your symptoms are consistent with sinusitis or sinus headaches How long have you had your symptoms?  What other symptoms are you having?  What makes it better or worse? Covid-19: Covid Symptoms include: Fever, Cough, Headache, Fatigue, Muscle/body aches, Loss of Smell/Taste, Sore throat, Nausea/Diarrhea, nasal congestion and assorted rashes. Since you are showing 2 or more symptoms, you should self isolate and be tested. If you are positive treat symptoms with Acetaminophen (for headache, fever, body aches, sore throat), lots of fluids and rest

my g. pyrenees weighs >120 & he was playing rough & he punched me on the nose between my eyes. the next day i woke groggy & slept till evening time. i had forgotten my vision is blurry, headaches, & loss of smell. do i call the dr. or rest at home?
