Cramps: Cramps associated with either Potassium, Calcium or Magnesium imballabce.

Potassium: Could be a potassium deficiency. You might try a banana before bed.

Electrolyte imbalanc: Leg cramps can be cause by several things.  However, the most common cause is electrolyte imbalance and or dehydration.  Make sure you are hydrated and i would make sure you take a calcium supplement.  If this does not help consider trying a magnesium supplement.  If nothing else helps there is a product called 'crampy legs' which usually helps.

See a vascular Doc: Sounds like night cramps, a condition when the arteries are blocked.  See a vascular surgeon for blood flow studies.

Nocturnal cramps: Check that you are well-hydrated, can try eating extra banana a day. Common problem but no cure.

Few things: Need to make sure this is not due to poor circulation first and foremost. Once this is ruled out it may be secondary to a magnesium or possibly potassium deficiency. That is what i would check first, .

Restless legs?: Some patients describe an uncomfortable aching sensation in their legs, accompanied by the need to move them around or get up and walk around in order to relieve the sensation.  We call it restless leg syndrome and it can be due to a number of reasons.  Iron deficiency is a common cause.  Ssri medications sometimes cause it or make it worse.  There is good treatment available.  See your doctor.

i get muscle cramps in my calf in the morning upon waking up  and evening while laying down. it eases from moving around when get out of bed. what can i do to help it? im 37. normal u/s for clots but been two months ago

Calf pain : Calf pain can be from the muscle or from problems with the nerve that connects and controls it. The nerve controlling the calf muscle comes from the back and calf pain is common from back problems even without back pain.  It is possible that it can be a circulation problem. I wonder if the artery circulation was checked.  You need to evaluated by a doctor to understand this better.

when i orgasm during sex, i get really bad cramp in my legs and have to stop intercourse, what can i do to stop this and carry on with sex?

Slow down: many factors may be at play: "trying too hard". inadequate hydration, position. duration,stress, tension, anxiety etc. Try this: spend 15-20 minutes on slow foreplay to the point of "almost orgasm", then back off and start over again. I suggest a physical exam to check electrolytes, calcium and magnesium.
