Not likely: It is not likely since you had sex before you had it removed. You can take a pregnancy test though to confirm. If your symptoms were caused by pregnancy then your hormones would be high enough for detection on a preg test.

Birth control : It's common to feel scared. But it's also important to face the fear as long as it's not something that's going to get better on its own. May be you might be just having a delayed period. Any birth control methods to have some failure possibilities. There are over the counter pregnancy test kits available or see your doctor.

Could be: Sometimes hormonal imbalances can create a sense of false pregnancy despite having a recent period. Medications/birthcontrol can contribute  to this or in some cases correct this issue.  Provided a home pregnancy test is negative  and you are NOT  having severe symptoms  you can follow up with your primary care physician as soon as possible. Good luck.

DEPO: You are experiencing normal Depo-Provera side effects. These symptoms are caused by hormones not pregnancy.  Depo is playing with your hormones so that you do not ovulate. You are not pregnant.
