i have frequent urination at night every two hours. my urine is clear not cloudy. i don't drink sodas anymore or eat sweets. my knee is swollen and painful. i wake up very thirsty with dry mouth. and my skin hurts its hurts to touch?

: Suggest a visit to a uro-gynecologist, but also include a urinalysis and culture.  Have your knee evaluated by orthopedic surgeon, who might also assess  possible fibromyalgia, or poly myalgia rheumatica.  Do get screened for possible pre-diabetes. Only if...: You have to do other things such as going to school or going to work. You can change your internal body clock over the course of just several days by changing your going to bed and wake up time gradually every day.

Acid Reflux: You are likely getting drainage from somewhere.  Since the problem is retching and gagging, it is either coming from your nose or from your stomach.  The most common problem that manifests itself at nighttime like that is from acid reflux.  In the sleep literature, we have found the people reflux significantly between 10 pm and 2am.  Reflux burns.  Nasal drainage doesn't usually burn as much

Several things: The first is to have a sigmoid or colonoscopy. Magnesium 200-400 mg before bedtime would be good to try as it relaxes muscles. I have had success with a digital exam  working on relaxing the muscles in the area. The other is called Neural Therapy or nerve blocks to the sacral plexus.

Don't think so: Haven't heard of such erections being a bad sign. Whether typical erections are occurring at one particular time of day or at any time of day, as long as they are not happening all day long, should not be a sign of anything bad.

Many causes: Causes of dry mouth at night can be cause by many things including medications (antihistamines), mouth breathing, sleep apnea and/or nonhumidified CPAP use, salty diet, and dehydration.

Possible: Yes, acid reflux is possible, but not the only cause. Another fairly common one is sleep apnea. More history is needed at this time, i'd see your regular doc.

That is the question: Do you wake up because you need to go to the restroom or do you go to the restroom because you wake up at night? That is the question. If your bladder wakes you up frequently, urologist will help you. If your sleep pattern is disrupted by another factor, sleep medicine specialist is your best bet.
