i have to go poop like five to six times a day. i don't see how this is healthy. is there something wrong? i poop more than i eat

Bowel Movements: Something is wrong. This is not normal. You very well may have an infection, a food allergy, or other bowel condition. I would recommend that you get to your family doctor or a good gastroenterologist to find out why this is happening, how to treat it and retrain your colon to regular normal bowel movements.

Anus: This may be due to levator muscle tension which can also cause anal pain. Other possibilities include hemorrhoids,fissure or perianal dermatitis.  I recommend  a rectal   exam

Not sure.: Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems. #1 reason is pregnancy.

Lower abdominal pain: Pain soon after eating which is relieved by a bowel movement is typical of irritable bowel syndrome (ibs), which is a common condition, usually related to stress and can start in childhood. The other consideration is just very chronic constipation. The best treatment for this woud be miralax, (polyethylene glycol) an otc laxative (2 heaping tablespoons daily). There are not really good medicines for ibs; reduce stress.

More fiber: Constipation is infrequent bowel movements or difficult passage of stools. Constipation is a common gastrointestinal problem. Most cases of constipation are temporary. Simple lifestyle changes, such as getting more exercise, drinking more fluids and eating a high-fiber diet, can go a long way toward alleviating constipation.

No: If once weekly bowel movements have been normal for you for some time, especially if you are not uncomfortable, then there are no worries.
