Urine testing: More than likely, you were being tested for gonorrhea/chlamydia with the "dirty" urine test and the clean urine test (the one using the wipes) was testing for an urine infection.   Hope that explains it.

26f, had unprotected (he didn't ejaculate) sex (sunday) then urge to urinate started. doctor had a urine test done and said i have infection. after 5 days of injections and med. felt relieved but again this morning urge came back. could it be preg?

UTI: It's possible that the UTI wasn't completely treated. Was a culture,colony count and sensitivity done to identify the organism and an effective antibiotic? It appears that these tests should be performed now. If you miss your period perform a pregnancy test. Precum contains sperm which can impregnate one during unprotected sex. A simple UTI shouldn't require injected antibiotics.

Urinary symptoms: Could be a prostate problem if you're male. Overactive bladder and other non-infectious problems like interstitial cystitis also are common causes. Plus other less common conditions. If the problem continues, ask your doctor about referral to a urologist.

i have 4 small pink painless bumps on my labia minora. i went to the doctor for a uti and had a urine test done. the doctors said i most likely had a uti and prescribed macrobid. i took all of my medication and now the burning sensation when i urinate is

Finish the Macrobid: Not certain what the bumps are but are unrelated to your UTI. Finish the Macrobid as prescribed and if symptoms persist or get worse call your physician. Most likely a urine culture was done and the majority of UTIs respond to Macrobid but a change in antibiotic may be needed if symptoms persist

i'm 8 weeks 4 days pregnant,went to the er today for backpain. they did a urine test & ultrasound. i frequently  urinate & sometimes  have the urge to urinate before even finishing  peeing. doc said no bacteria found but wbc & gave keflex?is it safe?

Treatment : This is typical treatment for uti in pregnancy. Keflex is safe in pregnancy.

: Bladder cancer causes blood in urine and is painless when it starts. So it is not that. You need a good exam by a Urologist for diagnosis. Good luck

Yes, likely: Diabetes needs to be excluded from what you described. Stated an other way, you are diabetic unless proven otherwise. Please follow-up with your doctor at the earliest.

No: Need an ultrasound for any kind of realistic date estimation. Even blood test very broad range early and becomes less specific as level rises / time passes.

i am taking adderal , 20mg xr.  i don't not take it on weekends.  i was asked to take urine test at doctors and am afraid it won't show up?

Tell doctor: Whether it shows up depends on when you last took your medicine, and when you provide your urine for the drug test.   Tell the doctor how you've been taking your adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).  If other drugs also show up that are of concern, that's a different issue.
