Yes, unless you have: Some other medical condition (i do not know of any, but I am a psychologist, not a physician) then you have bulimia and need to get help asap. It is a life threatening illness which can cause irreversible physical damage. There are inpatient and out patient intensive programs, oa and other self help groups for bulimics which can be used alongside psychotherapy. Don't delay talk to your doctor.

Hmmmm . . . : If you mean by forcing yourself to throw up once, perhaps.  You could establish a pattern of eating food and throwing up in an effort to control your weight.  If you already have concerns about your body image, social anxiety, and poor self-esteem, causing yourself to throw up could be a gateway to more suffering than you planned on.  Please seek help from your doctor so it doesn't get worse.

Why throw up?: If the purpose of throwing up is to rid yourself of food that is not digesting and is nauseating you, then some people are able to make themselves throw up. If you make yourself throw up for any other reason, (get rid of calories, reduce bad feelings) by definition you are "purging". If it becomes a habit (i.e. Purging weekly) then you are bulimic.

Not about food?: I can't guess what causes a behavior pattern of that sort, but if it really is not related to food consumption and issues of weight/body concerns it probably would not be diagnosed as bulimia. It could be a sort of tic disorder or compulsion. Of course there might be a purely digestive tract another physiological problem. Not enough info to know more, sorry.
