Not about food?: I can't guess what causes a behavior pattern of that sort, but if it really is not related to food consumption and issues of weight/body concerns it probably would not be diagnosed as bulimia. It could be a sort of tic disorder or compulsion. Of course there might be a purely digestive tract another physiological problem. Not enough info to know more, sorry.
