Many choices: Not sure exactly where you are saying it hurts.  But, epicondylitis can be a source of pain about either the medial  (inside) elbow or lateral (outside) part of the elbow.  It can be quite painful but is usually a self limiting condition.

Nerve Pinch: This sounds like a pinched nerve in the neck. Although it could be other less common causes. If you have no other medical problems: infection history, cancer history and no significant weakness then give the pain 6-8 weeks to improve.  Nsaids can be beneficial (unless you have kidney problems).  Talk to your doctor if not improving over time.

No: No, you can't strain a lymph node by stretching. If the lump is itching and is in your armpit, it could be a clogged sweat gland that has caused a pimple to form. If it gets big enough over the next few days, it would be good to see a doctor to know what it is.

Impingement: It appears that there is a nerve impingement by bones, muscle, tendons or cartilage at the level of the elbow causing the (probably ulnar) nerve to be swollen or damaged. I recommend consulting an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation and treatment options. Appropriate studies, including a possible EMG, will be ordered. Physical and occupational therapy will most likely be needed.

can back pain (the trapezius) make your chest tight and left arm have pain all the way down to ring finger? also the left ribs feel weird from strain?
