Sciatica: See a neurologist a physician with expertise in nerves. The symptoms of leg numbness, weakness, tingling are due to nerve impingement.
There are various meds, treatments for sciatica. Orthopedics also deals with these symptoms
Start with your PCP and move forward with getting these symptoms resolved to start feeling better.

R/O Neuropathy: You need a full history and physical exam. You may have a compression neuropathy if you wear high heeled tight shoes, however I recommend a full neuropathy panel including B vitamin levels, and a test for diabetes and lyme disease. A full neurological examination as part of your complete history and physical is indicated. Hows your diet? Take multivitamin with iron and see MD.

You : You have a classic picture of an s1 radiculopathy. More likely than not you have a disc problem at l5-s1. Another less common problem is compression of the sciatic nerve at the level of your gluteal area. This should be examined by a competent orthopedic surgeon and additional tests ordered.

Footwear/compression: Requires exam and evaluation of the nerves of both feet. Common causes would include compression neuiritis,,circulatory issues, incorrect footwear and overuse: long distance or cross country runnung.

i have a trapped /damaged s1 nerve. does this nerve travel to toes? toes on both feet sore and numb,very sore to walk.no leg pain involved, only toes.

L5andS1isSciatic N: Consider getting imaging like MRI to evaluate exact cause of pinching of the nerve . Hopefully physiotherapy will help. Surgery may be indicated depending on the severity of compression

Could be : the nerves that go to those areas originate in the lower back. It is a bit odd that it is on both legs and in different dermatomes but injuring two parts of your lower back would explain that.

This is unlikely to: be a back problem. Sounds like you are developing or have developed a nephropathy. You might ask to see a neurologist for evaluation and treatment suggestions.

Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.
