Many reasons: With penile-vaginal sex, there is rubbing of the shaft of the penis along the female urethra.  This can cause irritation and some discomfort if there are issues with size, lubrication, vigourousness of sex, use of toys, manipulation with the finger(s), masturbation while having penile sex and any substances introduced during, before or after sex.  It is probably just mechanical.  If concerned c pc.

Possible infection: Have your MD check a urine sample for a possible urinary tract infection as this may be your only symptom.

Local irritation: It may be followed by uti. Increase liquids, may use otc Azo tabs and observe. To doc in am if not better. Need to avoid rough friction or under lubricated foreplay. If severe pain on urination go to urgent care tonight for antibiotics. Notice the place of the urethral orifice in women lies in the front aspect of the vulva. Friction with this area should be minimized to avoid sex- induced UTI etc.

Urethritis, uti, etc: The opening where the urine comes out is called the urethra. It is very small and just above the vaginal opening. It can be irritated  during sex that is too long, too rough, too dry etc. Or you could have developed a urinary tract infection or even a vaginal infection. Time to check with your doctor!

Likely  prostate: Prostate enlargement, infection or irritation can produce those symptoms.  Regardless of cause, you should see your doctor for an exam, some lab tests, and appropriate therapy.  Might as well get started on prostate health now.  Not fun, but necessary.

Sex/UTI: There may be mild trauma to the urethra (tube from bladder out) depending on the position of sex and the duration and aggressiveness. This may create UTI, but in order to prove this you must be seen and evaluated. Guessing because of cloudy urine (which can occur quite normally) is not the way to solve this. See your PCP. 2 days too early!: See someone at the Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Clinic.

It may be way too early in the infection for the STI tests you took, to test positive. Have yourself retested at an STD clinic; during that visit, the details of your case may prompt the clinician to prescribe you antibiotics for at least a non-gonococcal urethritis.

so after sex when i pee my virginia hurt and burns but after a hour i dont have that pain anymore and then i feel fine and my pee doesnt hurt and it doesnt hurt when im having sex again the same day?
