.: Contact your internist soon. Need a physical exam before a diagnosis. In female lots of pelvis anatomy to consider. It might be simple skin infection or something more complex. Especially if your bowel movement has changed too.

Consider...: Prostatitis , a smoldering perirecital abscess, a thrombosed hemorrhoid...Ok.Im going to stop guessing and tell you to c ur doctor.Most of these things require an exam to distinguish.

You've been asking repeated questions, perhaps on other forums as well. STIs do not cause such symptoms and condoms are effective prevention. This still sounds like a psychological issue. You can safely ignore these symptoms until they go away, which probably will happen once your mind is off them. If not, see a doctor, but put aside STIs as a concern. And stop asking; the answers won't change.

Prostate pblms?: At your age, "prostate problems" are rare.  Swelling of the urethra will decrease the "pressure" which accompanies the output of urine or the ejaculate. This may be caused by an acquired STD such as chlamydia or gonorrhea.  Get a referral to a urologist to confirm.

was given 400mg cefexime and 1g azithromycen for urethritis but still dont feel quite well 10 days later. bladder pressure slight perenium tenderness and tingling on the outside skin of penis/scrotum these come and go from day to day?

: If you had normal urethritis symptoms (discharge, discomfort or pain when urinating) and those have cleared up, your urethritis is cured. Urethritis doesn't cause bladder presssure, perineal tenderness, or tingling. Also persisting urethritis symptoms are not intermittent ("come and go"). This sounds like increased awareness psychologically. But see your doctor if you remain concerned.

: The sx you described likely has nothing to do with a possibly abnormal kidney function. If I know your BSA by weight and height +/- your race, I can tell if renal function is impaired or not. The fact that urinalysis was negative is a good news. You will likely need a CT of the abdomen and pelvis to see any relationship between kidneys &amp; pelvic symptoms and your PMD can order that during waiting.

ive been sitting alot at work, i have gotten a chronic "pleasure" feeling in my perineum? and i dont know why, nerve damage? (i also self prostate massage, can.this be a likelier cause? want to.know what is causing this

Urologist: I would consider this some type of prostate condition rather than nerve damage. Perhaps recurrent prostatic congestion/irritation promotes the sensation. A urologist would be best to consult for evaluation and treatment. You should also get advice about your practice and technique of self prostatic massage treatments.
