what should i do if i have a huge sneezing fit every morning?

Think indoor allergy: Typically an indoor allergen is responsible for sneezing, nasal congestion, and runny nose in the morning. The allergen could be dust mite, feather pillow, indoor mold or indoor animal dander.  An allergist can assist in identifying the trigger, so you can get some relief.  Allergies typically respond to antihistamines like zyrtec, although more severe allergies require nasal sprays.

There is a normal: reflex that causes people to sneeze when exposed to bright lights. You are probably experiencing this. It is normal. Try darkening your room so that when you wake it is not too bright at first.

House dust allergy: One of the most likely causes of early morning sneezing is house dust mite or mold allergy.  These common household allergens are in the mattress, pillows and rugs.  They are virtually impossible to eradicate.  Even a good humidifier can not lead to  an absolute dust free home.  The fact that it disappears in an hour is the result that you are probably out of the house within an hour or two.

? rhinitis: (inflammation of nasal cavities) which can very well be allergic in nature, most probably due to dust mites allergy,  those mites swarm in pillows, mattresses, upholstery, carpets and any material that collects dust, (e.g. stuffed toys, feather pillows). See an allergist if you have access to one, meanwhile, saline nasal washes and children antihistamine at bed time would help, good luck

Yes: You likely have something in your sleeping environment that triggers nasal irritation &amp; the need to clear it on arising.The pillow is a common trap for human dust mites &amp; many with airborne allergies are bothered by these.Dust mite pillow covers that go under your pillow cover can reduce the process but require separate washing on a regular basis.Other items like plug ins or house dust can do it

Sounds allergic: Try taking an over-the-counter antihistamine at night. Something like zyrtec  or claritin (loratadine). See if that helps with your symptoms in the morning. If it doesn't then consider an appointment with an ear nose and throat doctor or allergist.

Not necessarily.: If you pick or blow your nose a lot, minor nosebleed is not unexpected.  But it is best to see a doctor to find out if there may be other causes which may be dangerous.
