Weight gain.: To lose weight insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.

Don't worry yet: This could be many things. Night sweats, fevers, or fatigue go along with cancer or infection. Problems absorbing foods can show up as diarrhea or abdominal cramps. An overactive thyroid can cause weight loss. You need to see a doctor who can help figure this out.  Try not to worry in the meantime.  You have the strength to deal with anything that comes your way!
