when laying on my rhs i can feel my heartbeat pulsing in my neck. super weird. when laying on my lhs i can hear my heart beating in my ear. causes?

Normal: The impulse and sound of a beating heart is transmitted normally, especially to the neck. It is a normal phenomenon, not an abnormality.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

sometimes hear ringing heartbeat in ears lying down at night. not present at other times, when standing in quiet room hear mild tinnitus but doesnt pulsate. google has scared me. is pulsatile tinnitus only lying down, not every night, a concern?

: While pulsatile tinnitus is also usually benign, it can be associated with potentially serious blood vessels abnormalities within the brain. For this reason I recommend that you consult an ENT specialist for advice.

when i put my head on pillow i hear heart beat in left ear. i feel twitches, pulsing in head, nose, ear , neck and jaw. slight movement in face.

Otitis w effusion: You may have otitis media w effusion (also called serous otitis) where normal ear drainage &amp; pressure-equalizing systems are blocked. Tho antihistamines or decongestants may relieve some congestion, they are not proven cures. Generally, this clears on its own in 10-12 weeks. See your clinician or ear-nose-throat specialist if worsens, doesn't get better, or you have concerns. Hope that helps.

Eustachtian tube: This is likely from a blocked eustachtian tube or fluid trapped behind your ear drum. You can try manoeuvres to help open the tube and help drainage. These are called Valsava maneuvers. One is blowing into a blocked straw, another is taking a big breath and holding it and swallowing. Sometimes chewing gum works. If these maneuvers fail to work, see your doctor for medication. All the best.

Heart beat: You are hearing the blood streaming through the blood vessels located near your ears.Throbbing and pain is also due to blood flow probably at a rapid rate.

Pulsations: Those pulsations if synchronous with your heart beat or pulse may be the aorta which is the largest artery in your body and runs through your torso and up against the spine. If the pulsation are very prominent, I recommend that you be evaluated by a physician for high blood pressure and a thoracic aneurysm but I wouldn't be surprised if no serious problems are present at your age.

No: This type symptoms and generally can mean something or can be normal in a very thin person. See a primary care doctor in person  for a specific diagnosis and treatment

Abdominal Aorta: Seeing pulsations from your abdominal  Aorta is not unusual.
