Depends: This depends on how vigorously you shake the eyes.  As with any part of the human body, trauma is not well tolerated.  The eye is securely attached to the optic nerve and severe torsion or contusion as in blunt injury can certainly damage the optic nerve, but it is doubtful that you can generate such force voluntarily.  Probably no need to worry but i would not advise overly vigorous eye shaking.

Yes: Voluntary nystagmus is possible -- often quoted 8% of the population can induce it (usually convergence) high frequency and hard to sustain.

Shaking eyes: There are several possibilities:  if this is lifelong, it might be a variant of nystagmus, a condition of "dancing eyes" due to low vision or a nervous system problem usually accompanied by lowered vision..     Or it might be a spasm of accomodation - a sort of hypersensitive stress reaction in which the eyes turn in towards the nose and wiggle back and forth.   How is your vision?

Nystagmus: I assume you have observed this on someone else.  Most nystagmus is congenital and is not noticed by the person who has it unless they look in the mirror.  It is commonly seen by  others looking at those who have it.  It is mostly mysterious but is present at birth but also can be due to early reduced vision.  Later in life it is usually a side effect of some drugs.
