You should be evaluated by your doctor and treated accordingly.

Your dentist can prescribe meds that may reduce the duration and severity of the ulcers, and, very importantly, rule out anything more serious.

Prevent them by eating well, get plenty of sleep, and avoid citrus fruits, which seem to be particularly good at causing them.
