Swollen foot &amp; ankle: The most common cause of pain and swelling at end of the day is due to venous stasis.  This is a condition where the veins become weak and are unable to push the blood back up to the heart and gravity pulls the blood down and causes swelling and pain in the foot and ankle.  Start with elevating your legs as much as possible and avoid prolonged standing.  If that does not help see your doctor

Swollen feet: Feet can be swollen due to travel although 2 hours is a short period of time which generally may not cause swelling of legs and feet. It is important to know how is your general health status and other associated symptoms as well. Please discuss it with a physician if leg elevation and staying active does not relieve it.

One would need to do a thorough history and physical exam and possibly some laboratory and radiology exams to determine the exact cause. Causes of pain may include: trauma (fracture, tendon or ligamentous tear, arthritis, tight shoes) infection metabolic conditions (gout) musculoskeletal or biomechanical abnormality.

Joint Pain: Arthritic conditions would cause joint pain and swelling similar to what you are describing.  There are many types of arthritis; osteoarthritis, psoriatic, rheumatoid, gout...  I would recommend seeing a rheumatologist.

i have red itchy what i think is spider bites on my feet? over the last 3 days they are become more itchy, painful, red, swollen, blistered, have clear liquid coming out and not some look almost flat and purple. please help identify these. thank you!

Infection possible: This is something to be evaluated in person.  See your podiatrist or dermatologist for help.  The fact that they are draining raises the possibility of infection

Shoes: The shoes are likely culprit.  However do not ignore swelling other causes are blood clot, edema secondary to fluid problem or heart.  Do symptoms resolve when not in flight?
