: Unprotected genito-sexual sex/penis-into-the vagina sex with a fertile man is an unsafe behavior that places you at risk for getting an unplanned pregnancy despite your history of PCOS and/or irregular menses. Be safe. If you need effective contraceptives, consider an intrauterine device (IUD) or a subdermal implant...and ask your partner(s) to use condoms too.

Not likely: I would doubt it. Breast tenderness is very common after menses.

Not likely, but: Not impossible. Wait until your period would be due normally and, if it does not arrive in a few days, do a test - at home or at a clinic/doctors. While there you could get good info on how to protect yourself from both pregnancy and STDs.  You can also learn about the early signs of pregnancy, etc. As you become a responsible, sexually active, mature adult, these should all be part of it.  Best!

Usually a pregnancy: test will be accurate by this point. Can always repeat in a week. Reasons for missed / late period include: an anovulatory cycle in which no egg is released, marked v or ^ in weight; eating disorder; Over-exercising (endurance athletics), stress, travel, significant illnesses, oral contraceptives &amp; other meds, Illegal drug use, breast feeding, hormone imbalances and medical problems (i.e., PCOS).

what would cause one sided breast pain? my period is late, neg pregnancy test, and sore left breast. breast soreness feels similar to pms type pain.

Need for examination: There are many causes of breast pain, including: abscess, fat necrosis, fibrocystic disease, ductal dilatation, breast cancer etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for a proper evaluation.

Need pregnancy test: The only way to be as certain as possible is to apply a pregnancy test.  I usually tell my patients to wait for at least 1 week after the period is due just in case it is simply late.  Nothing else you've mentioned can be used to diagnose a pregnancy.  Good luck.

See your gyn: Must r/o preg, and gyn can do other blood and hormone blood tests and an ultrasound and refer for dizzyness the gyn can not figure that one out.

Breast infection: You might have a breast infection, but you might also have a breast mass such as a cancer - so this needs to be evaluated.
