Probably need eval: Morning headaches associated with vomiting are typically not normal.  A thorough history and physical exam with your doctor would be warranted and possibly getting imaging of your head to rule out potential causes of the headaches and vomiting.

Abdominal migraine?: The cause of daily morning nausea and vomiting may be difficult to pinpoint, and I imagine your doctors have done many tests. Abdominal migraine is often associated with a family history of migraine headaches, so if people in your family have migraines, this would be a possibility. Suggest a visit with your primary care doctor to help sort this out.

Period late vomiting: Would check HCG. May  be gastroenteritis, or food intolerance which is hard ot diagnosis on a single episode ,  or rarely ovarian issues  but if period is late check HCG.

i am fighting post nasal drip. my doctor prescribed allegra. but i am still having nausea and vomiting in the morning from mucus build up. i tried mucinex before i was prescribed allegra but it didn't seem to help. any suggestions?

Not pregnant!: Distinguish inflammatory (ulcer, small bowel disease, gallbladder/ biliary problem, pancreatitis, uti), structural (partial obstruction, extrinsic impression against the gut (adhesions, superior mesenteric artery syndrome), functional (gastroparesis, irritable bowel), GERD, anxiety, much more. A thorough exam and some directed imaging studies &amp; labs should provide your answer.

Unexplained vomiting: lots of possibilities but esophageal reflux, sinusitis, peptic ulcer disease, pregnancy all come to mind.  See your doctor to help sort out the possibilities.

Probable reflux: Since this happens after lying down this is typical of reflux. Eating small meals, staying upright after eating, avoiding alcohol, tobacco, acidic foods can help. If this continues it would be good for you to see your primary Care Physician.

Ibuprofen nausea: Do you take Ibuprofen regularly, how much? Always with food.
Try water or coke syrup(concentrate) and take electrolytes (salt, sugar) should resolve in 24hrs.
