why am i so nauseous after i eat?

I can't give you....: .a specific diagnosis, but can relate some possibilities. Overeating, eating too quickly, gastric reflux (acid indigestion), gall bladder problems, meds like metformin, fatty foods, stress, anxiety or guilt and incomplete emptying of the stomach (gastroparesis) are all possibilities. Get checked for: Pregnancy, stomach irritation, gallbladder problem etc. Taking antacids, drinking lots of water, avoiding caffeine , soda, spicy foods may help for now. Go see your dr if your symptoms get worse.

Timing with periods?: If the nausea is accompanying your periods, and if you take ibuprofen/motrin/pamprin for period pain the nausea could be from the ibuprofen. Some women get migraines on monthly cycles with their periods, and migraine can present with mostly nausea and without much headache. Sometimes birth control pills can regulate or prevent this. Talk to your gynecologist, there are other possibiliities too.

i have had major dizziness lately that's making me nauseous. what could it be from?

Go to see MD: It could be from different things like significant anemia ( if you have heavy periods for instance), vs dehydration vs benign positional vertigo vs ear infection vs other things. Hydrate your self well, get up and move very slowly-would help. But most importantly- to go to see your md to get checked.

Migraine headaches?: You are at an age where it is not uncommon to start having migraines. Those headaches can be brutal and nausea often accompanies the headache. Often someone in the family has migraines as well. Often there are flickers of light and sensitivity to sound or light. Usually sleep improves the headache. As always there are many possible causes of headaches. See your doctor to help figure this out. Gook

Check up: Please follow up with your primary doc to have an H. Pylori test. Have you changed your eating habits? Have foul smelling gas or lots of it?  are you under a lot of stress? ulcer? Regardless, visit your Primary for further evaluation

Evaluation: There are several reasons why this might be happening. It sounds like you're really bothered by it, so please see a psychiatrist or psychologist who can diagnose the problem and recommend treatment.

Several things: Dizziness is a common condition, and can be caused by many different things, ranging from a simple virus that affects your inner ear, to low blood sugar, low blood pressure, muscolsketal conditions, neurological conditions, cardiac related disorders, medications, etc to name a few.  See your dr. And a thorough history and physical should start the process to properly diagnosing your dizziness.
