Accepted Answer

No: stomach acid has been neutralized and diluted by the time it reaches the small intestine, much less the colon and rectum.  There is no stomach acid per se anymore in the stool you are passing.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

IT IS NOT ACID?: Burning while moving bowels is not due to acid and can be from hot food you consumed the day before.But if it persists get it checked
It is unlikely from acid in your poop

Symptoms: There is nothing to do to help you. This will pass as soon as all of the food you ingested causing this trouble is passed out of your GI tract.  It should be less than 48 hours.

Depends: First stool is dark sticky and green and called meconium stool.  Over time it turns yellow and goes from very loose to well-formed.  These changes are allc normal.  When you start feeding her so-called solid foods, though they are Not very solid, the color, texture, frequency of the stools will change.

Drink a lot of filtered water,add a lot of fiber,fruits,veg

Go dairy free- may have yogurt

If the symptoms persist after 4-6 weeks after correcting the diet,see a doctor

Wouldn't label so: I wouldn't label this an allergy but it may be an intolerance. True cow milk allergy is uncommon compared to intolerance. You might try a soy or almond milk as the protein base is quite different as is the sugar used.
