Doctor can evaluate: Many things are in the upper abdomen:  stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc...  Exam by a doctor can help figure things out, if symptoms are more than just mild. Pain in the upper abdomen, especially symptoms after eating, can be from heartburn, gallbladder problems, stomach viruses, etc... A pregnancy test is reliable 3 weeks after sex.

PRURITUS/ALLERGY: PRURITUS can be difficult to evaluate. You must rule out allergens in home and work environment  Remember " ALLERGIES DEVELOP OVER TIME AND EXPOSURE"  you must keep a diary to assist you, while you are documenting potential triggers, you should be on a H1 blocker Zyrtec 10mg/ H2 blocker Zantac 300mg/ leukotrine inhibitor Singulair (montelukast) 10mg.     After labs and allergy testing serum may be needed

Breast exam: It is hard to know exactly what you are referring to without seeing the area. As a general rule any new changes in the breast ought to be examined by a doctor to determine if any further evaluation is needed

Dry breasts: This is not a pill effect. More likely environmental-chemical irritant (bath products , etc) or general dry skin problem.

Maybe not: The red streaks could be a sign of a developing infection so you need to have your breasts checked. I am assuming you are breast feeding, so meanwhile it is very important that you continue, and moist heat to the breasts may also be helpful.

Would not worry: About tingly nipples and fleeting sensations. Sometimes your hormones will cause odd sensations with the nervous system, or viral infections can affect local nerves. Wait for it to go away. If it does not, make sure to examine your own breast to make sure there is no new lump that could be causing it.  Or tender spots due to bacterial infections. But it is most likely not emergent.

Could be muscular: Rib pain can mimic breast pain. I see it all of the time. Intercostal rib pain, or costochondriitis can mimic breast pain.  Your doctor should be able to distinguish between the 2.

2 things : I don't think your breast pain and itching is due to your hysterectomy or abdominal pain. Itching can sometimes be a sign of a yeast infection on the skin.  Tender breasts can be hormonal as well. The lower abdominal pain could be due to something on your remaining ovary. A pelvic exam and ultrasound could prove that.  In addition cannot exclude the intestine has a cause for that pain.

Could be yeast: Call your pcp or gyn for eval.  This could be from a yeast infection of the skin or some other type of rash or infection and may need medical treatment.

Moisturize: You might have mild eczema . A topical itch cream may also help.
