Not likely: There are many reasons people have swollen lymph nodes. The vast majority of the time this is from benign causes. If the lymph node does not resolve within a few weeks, inform your doctor.

: No, that's for sure not the common sign of cancer. Most people have heavy period on the second day but it could be normal if the first day is heavy but it lightens up the next day. However, if your period is heavy every day and it is quite change from 2, 3 months ago, you may have some hormonal imbalance and you should see a GYN doctor. Abnormal bleeding from other diseases can occur in any day.

Nasal bleed: If you are otherwise well and have a history of nasal bleeding, the source is most likely from the nasal passages. If it recurs or persists, please have a chest imaging study and TB test.

Yes.: Yes. It can also be a sign of depression, anxiety, and a host of chronic illnesses. It can also be seen in people who are healthy but just don't get hungry.

The poor appetite of cancer is usually associated with unintentional weight loss.

There are certain conditions, such as addison's disease, in which your body cannot regulate sodium.  It can be due to medications as well.  It also can be associated with cancer, usually lung cancer, but you may have other symptoms such as shortness of breath or weight loss.

Not necessarily: This is just the size of the ovary and this is an estimate given the ultrasound just like people different sizes so our different organs i would worry too much about it would also look at shape and consistency and other features please consult with your doctor from more accurate description but it doesn't sound like anything wrong.

Unlikely but possibl: This is usually not a symptom of cancer except in the case of the paraneoplastic syndrome. This is a case where there are factors (caused by the cancer) that are in the body that affect the peripheral nerves. This can lead to a diffuse numbness in the extremities. Work-up by a neurologist can include testing of serum antigens and antibodies and nerve biopsy.
