They can find fetal DNA in mothers' blood as early as 8 wks and compare it to dads.

Paternity: Yes. Usually. It all depends on when you ovulate and who's sperm was left in the vagina on the five days leading up to your ovulation.

Not a good idea: It's not a good idea for a woman to have sex with 2 different men without separating them by at least 2 weeks, because the timing gets so close together that one can't reliably figure out whose sperm fertilized the egg. Babies look like their parents, so as soon as the baby is born, one can look to see which guy the baby most resembles. If both dads look similarly then one can pay for dna testing.

If you want the risk: A needle can be passed through your abdomen into the waters around the baby & draw off cells for a dna test.There are some medical reasons for this test, but it carries about 1% risk of miscarriage, infection or worse for mom &or baby.Another riskier cvs test has about 3% risk.You may have difficulty finding anyone that woud do the procedure for paternity testing.

Paternity test: Too difficult to determine. I would say it is a coin flip on who the father is.. Would get a paternity test to make sure. ... this is July so you're probably due soon.

: With two contacts so close together, the only way to sort this out will be through DNA studies. There is a noninvasive method called the NIPP, which takes moms blood and that of the designated dad and can determine paternity. Early fetal age studies are estimates &amp; prone to error. There are riskier procedures during pregnancy (amniocentesis) but most wait until after the baby is born to get DNA.
