Nipple discharge. : This can be a result of a milk-like discharge from the breast. You should first see a doctor in person for an opinion.  This can be from a hormone problem or a side effect of medication. You may need your prolactin level checked.

Yes: It sounds like galactorrhea - you may be leaking small amounts of milk that dried up. This can be a sign of too much prolactin hormone, which can affect your chances of getting pregnant. If you already have a child leaking milk is more common. See a reproductive endocrinologist (fertility specialist) to get checked out as you're trying to conceive. Best wishes.

Lactation: This could represent lactation.  In a non pregnant women disorders of the pituitary tract should be evaluated for as this can be a sign of pituitary dysfunction.  See your doctor to have this evaluated

And: Not abnormal for the Arellano to darken as one ages, number ofpregnancies etc. however  the dryness is another issue. You did not say there was any drainage. Need more history. Are you on any medication?  Any bleeding?  Any pain. You need to see your doctor. Are you having your yearly mammograms?

Need blood tests: Sometimes patients have too much prolactin, a hormone that causes milk to come from the nipples. You need to see a doctor and have an exam and a blood test for prolactin.

Ask your doctor: Most obstetrician's would recommend a few over the counter cold medicines you could take.  Robitussin dm (guaifenesin and dextromethorphan) is considered safe.

Depends..: The symptoms you describe are pretty consistent with a viral illness - most get better on their own within 5-10 days.  If you have other things like diabetes, lung disease, smoke, are elderly, or you start having shortness of breath, then i'd say you should get checked out sooner rather than later.  For most viral illnesses, it takes rest, fluids, steam, acetaminophen/ibuprofen, and time.

Please see yr MD: You are on multiple meds, one is humira, (adalimumab) a biological which interfers with the immune system function and alters the natural immune response, pls visit ur doctor asap.

Moisturize: Rub your own breast milk on your nipple after a feeding or try some lanolin.
