Probably not: It's probably not herpes simplex virus of not painful at all since it appeared. Get tested for all STDs including gonorrhea and chlamydia , herpes, etc. Stay calm and get tested and see your OB/GYN for your first Pap smear. Good luck.

Sebaceous cyst: This most likely represents a blockage of the glands around the vagina.  These can present just as you describe and often will drain on their own over time and with the aid of warm soaks.  That being said, if it has persisted for 2 weeks, it is worth getting it checked by your OB to rule out other problems.  It does not, however, sound like a typical std.

Clogged gland: The pimple at the entrance to your vagina/labia majora could be clogged sweat gland that may have gotten irritated from clothing, sexual intercourse or rubbing of that area. Another possibility is that it an infected hair follicle.  A warm compress to that area three times a day followed by squeezing the pimple is OK,  if more than 1 pimple, ulcers, drainage, bleeding or fever, make appt w/GYN.

Folliculitis: Unfortunately the body hairs we all have at those locations are occasionally prone to invasion by skin germs and can form an inflamed pustule within a hair gland. Gentile heat in the form of compresses or a heating pad may draw the infection out to the surface and let it heal. If it spreads or becomes bothersome see your doc.

Vaginal bump: bumps on the vaginal lips are common complaints and usually are nothing to worry about.  These include Bartholin's cysts which occur on the lower part of the lips outside of the vagina, Skene's duct cysts which occur on either side of the urethra, sebaceous cyst, clogged sweat glands, genital herpes, human papilloma virus, genital warts.  You should have it checked out by your doctor.

CYST: Lumps in 'pelvic area' are common. A sweat gland can become clogged forming a sebaceous cyst. These cysts can become infected and painful. If the 'lump' is toward the bottom of the vagina--you could have a Bartholin's cyst (another 'blocked gland'). Another cause of 'lumps' is a lymph node. The concern here: a possible std --so it best to get seen by your gyn/primary care. Hope you are better!
