Unclear: Need to see a doc in this regard. Probably have a urine infection. You will need to provide a urine sample when you go. Rare to see a worm and possibly related to pinworms but this is uncommon and is usually at night. Need a urine sample and depending on sex of pt. vaginal exam , possibly stool exam. This is usually treated with antibiotics.

Sharing the toilet: It's ok, but frightening, to share a toilet with a worm, as long as the worm was already there. However, if one believes the worm just came out of her body, she should try to capture the worm. A patient's primary care doctor can order a "worm ID" or "parasite ID" test, and the patient can drop the worm off at the lab that received the doctor's order. Hopefully, the worm was from somewhere else.

Worm: You didn't describe size. Pin worms most common very thin small white. Ascaris round worms bigger, more like earthworm. Tell your parents as there is medical treatment. Pinworms love come out nite make butt itch. When lay eggs. Also parent will have sanitize and clean bedclothes etc and deworming any brothers, sisters.
