Unclear: Need to see a doc in this regard. Probably have a urine infection. You will need to provide a urine sample when you go. Rare to see a worm and possibly related to pinworms but this is uncommon and is usually at night. Need a urine sample and depending on sex of pt. vaginal exam , possibly stool exam. This is usually treated with antibiotics.
