No: Nothing can remove a scar except surgery.  Even then except with plastic surgery techniques the scar is likely to reform.

Fad diet: Losing weight essentially comes down to limiting calorie intake and increasing calorie expenditure via exercise. I am not aware of apple cider vinegar specifically reducing acne scars other than to limit acne disease by decreasing calorie and oil intake.

Likely to heal: Apple cider vinegar may cause a 2nd degree burn but probably not much worse. Gentle cleansing with mild soap and clear water may be all that is needed. Since it is unclear when the problem started, or how it was treated, you should see your primary medical provider, and may benefit from a topical like silver sulfadiazine.

Scar: Vinegar is an acid, so you may have some discoloration similar to a burn after usage. It is difficult to assess without seeing the scar. I would avoid the sun and it may lighten and improve over time. If there is increased pigmentation, hydroquinone with a retinol could help but you would need to see a physician for evaluation.

See a dermatologist: Probably injections of triamcinolone into the keloids. Laser &amp; surgery likely to make worse. Vinegar (any kind) is good on salads. Not useful as medicine except (acetic acid) sometimes for infection in ear canal. You can use aloe but there will be no benefit. No need to repeat experiments already done, showing what works and what does not. See a skin expert specialist.

It is  possible: Discuss with your doctor, the massage technique is some times painful and prolonged. The dermatologist , may try injected the scar with steroids as a more efficient technique. Discuss with your doctor there are some options.
