However, you should get it checked out since it may be an STD such as warts or another one called molluscum, both which can be transmitted by touch even if you don't have sex.

: Probably you have a sebaceous cyst. In itself it is harmless, but such cysts can become infected. See a doctor to judge whether it should be treated, perhaps with very minor surgery. Avoid expressing discharge for a few days before you are examined, so you can demonstrate it to the doctor. Good luck.
