Influenza: The common symptoms include dry mouth, nausea, sore throat and a runny or stuffy nose. Get  good rest and plenty of fluids to treat the flu.  Influenza is viral infection and resolves on its own in 10-14 days.

Non-specific: These symptoms are too vague to allow even speculation as to their cause.  If they continue, make a list of all symptoms and time they occur and see your pcp and allow full exam and evaluation.

See your PCP: There are many causes of dry mouth (xerostomia)  including: mouth breathing, certain medications, lifestyle (smoking) and systemic illnesses (diabetes). Some causes are easily correctable, others are more difficult to treat. Taking good history may be helpful to find the cause and can be of significant value when treating dry mouth symptoms

Mouth breathing/meds: My first thought would be mouth breathing since that is common &amp; would easily explain the issue. There are a few medications that can produce a dry mouth, but you should be able to tie this with the start of that med. A simple maneuver can eliminate the mouth breathing issue. You can fine a mouth closing  strap to keep the mouth closed at night.

Drops: You need to look at the package and it will tell you what is the maximum dose. If the cough is really bad speak to your doctor about some other treatments

Dry mouth: dry mouth/sore throat may be interrelated.  If the infection (you have a fever) has caused partial airway obstruction you could be treating through mouth rather than nose.  See your PCP to determine cause of your fever and appropriate treatment.  If fever disappears and you still have dry mouth/sore throat, then see your Dentist or an ENT.

im just curious with covid-19 if i should get tested or if these are normal flue symptoms ?

It shouldn't be: May be that you are mouth breathing at night, could be that you coincidentally ended up with a sore throat. You did not mention if is was a wisdom tooth, if you were infected, or if you are on antibiotics or other meds, so that should be considered, too.
