Breast pain: It was probably due to excessive trauma to your nipples and it should disappear . Warm soaks to the nipples should help

Itch: This itching may be due to dryness or a reaction to your bra material. Apply a skin moisturizer like eucerin cream and/or try a different bra. I don't recommend using a cortisone type cream as it can cause skin atrophy if used often.

Transient change: About a half of males will undergo a transient  nipple/breast enlargement  at the onset of puberty. Normally it will  resolve slowly as other hormonal changes kick in over about  a year. Less often it can persist over 3 years and surgery may be needed for cosmetic improvement. Carrying around extra weight can aggravate the issue as fat can masquerade as breast tissue.

See your gyn!!: It could be a foreign body, such as an old condom or old tampon.  If you have had vaginal deliveries, it is possible that you have "prolapse". This means that the supporting tissues and muscles that hold your organs in position have stretched out so much that either your uterus or your bladder is low down in the vagina, instead of higher up in the pelvis.

No!: The most accurate way of checking is to get the beta chain human chorionic gonadotropin test. It is accurate within 5 days. Also, if you were really trying NOT to get pregnant now is not the best time to be educating yourselves about it. For the man, insist on condom use. If he refuses, break off your relationship. For you, there are loads of options. Planned Parenthood is a good starting point!

Secretions: Even the non-breast-feeding women have some nipple secretions sometimes. Since you have an inverted nipple, they don't get out easily and can store up there along with sloughed skin cells. It could be normal, but you may want to have it checked out at your next examination.
