Try: Glycerine suppository and after insertion ly on your left side for 20 -30 minutes before trying to have a bm. You can repeat the suppository in 3-4 hours if no result from the first. Isolated/recurrent: It makes a significant difference if these are constant vs isolated. Diet, hydration and regular physical exercise, such as running/jogging are critical in preventing such episodes. Once constipation occurs use of laxatives may be needed from prune juice, senna to suppositories, such as Dulcolax. Feel free to address with your physician at your next visit.
