See Dermatologist : For any lesion on one's skin the best best is to see a dermatologist. Many primary care physicians are able to diagnose skin conditions, and if not refer to a dermatologist. One's skin is the largest organ and subject to many, many conditions. Some benign and some deadly. Don't take chance and have it examined soon. Good luck.

my left tragus is swollen, really swollen, no pain but if i squeeze it really hard i can get a white pus out of it. swelling goes down but comes back?

Inclusion cyst: Sounds like you have an inclusion cyst.  Best to see doctor to have it excised and stop the cycle of swelling and draining.

Skin infection?: This needs to be examined in order to be successfully diagnosed. Stop squeezing these. Could be dangerous by spreading infection. Go show these to your PCP.

i had a boil in november on the lower back of my head, bad-smelling clear pus came out when i squeezed it, then it healed. now i have a reddish raised bump in that spot. what could this be/what should be done, if anything?

Skin care: 60 year old gentleman with history of a skin infection versus cyst. You should visit a dermatologist in the office to examine your skin. It is possible that this is a self-limited skin infection or infected follicle or it could be a sebaceous cyst which has lining that will elaborate keratinous grummus until that lining is scraped. Your dermatologist will be able to evaluate this for you.

i have red bumps on my arms thats spreading and are full of puss they are spreading quickly they itch when you squeeze the pus out its back full within an hour they are very itchy

Hopefully : Hopefully you have seen a doctor by now. If not you must do so at once, this sounds like a very aggressive infectious process that needs to be treated with antibiotics right away.

Pustule/abcess: Occasionally the oil glands or hair follicles are invaded by skin germs. Various forms of staph or strep are the most common agents. Staph more commonly stays local while strep causes redness & extends under the skin surface. A warm compress over the area increases blood flow and allows the body to heal itself sometimes, if it persists, your dr may need to open & drain it & rx meds.
