Cherry hemangiomas: These could be cherry hemangiomas. You should see your dermatologist for treatment and evaluation.

can fordyce spots appear on the corners of the clitoris hood? i thought two tiny white dots were smegma but they won't come off. i tried squeezing but my clitoris is always too sensitive for that?

: Fordyce spots are enlarged oil glands and appear as whitish yellow bumps. They are innocuous and go away by themselves. Avoid scratching the area, avoid using any chemicals,  avoid greasy creams, avoid excessive heat, humidity or stress. You can use coconut oil alone or mixed with lavender oil for symptomatic relief. See the Gynecologist to confirm the diagnosis and rule out STD. Hope it helps.

Lesions: Without an exam being able to definitively diagnose you is impossible.  I would suggest you see your Gynecologist ASAP because what you are describing sounds like a Herpes outbreak.  Testing can confirm that.  If that is the case, it is important to know going forward and for your current and future sexual partners as well.

Bacterial vaginosis: The most common cause of vaginal itching is bacterial vaginosis, it is not a sexually transmitted disease (STD). Another common cause is yeast infection, again not an STD.  Both are easily treated but it is not always easy for a woman to tell which she has. A diagnosis can be made by looking at vaginal secretions under a microscope to guide treatment. Using OTC yeast medicine will make BV worse.

Shaving or yeast: This could be irritation from shaving or it could be a small area of yeast infection. You could try some over the counter yeast treatment on the area. If this does not work to clear it up i would suggest having your healthcare provider look at it.

i am 23 years and with hiddradenitis supparativa i had a bump on clitoris and it was swollen i took dalacin so the bump form a white head then ruptured 2 weeks ago now the white head is present and three small red spots beside it. is it dangerous?

Get eyes checked: Get eyes checked to look for retinal issues. Might also be blood pressure dropping.  Perhaps a non painful type of ocular migraine.

Yeast: If they are located on the back, chest or neck, there is a possibility that they are a yeast called tinea versicolor.  Sometimes the shampoo selum blue can help clear them.
