White spots on skin: White or pale circles or circle like patches on the skin is most likely to be a fungal infection.  If it is wide spread you may need oral medication for this.

Jaundice: If there is any abnormal pigment from liver disease it would be jaundice and would discolor the whites of the eyes and make the urine brownish and stools clay colored. Kidney disease does not cause yellow jaundice. If you have further concerns, see your physician.

Stop worrying: If you feel generally well, are maintaining your weight, and can take part successfully in sports, then there's no reason to concern yourself with the vagaries of stool color and complexion. You describe some abdominal pain and you do need to find out whether this should be managed as functional bowel disease, or whether you have gallstones, or if there's any evidence it may be something else.

White MRI spot: These white spots are non-specific. It can be due to ms, but we usually see them in people with history of high blood pressure and diabetes. 
Now it depends on your sign and symptoms. Why you were referred for mri?
You need to see a neurologist.

However, on the outside of the body, at the right side of the tummy just below the bottom of the ribs, is the skin on top of the liver. The skin can get rashes of dry spots, which can be evaluated by a primary care doctor or a dermatologist. The skin on top of the liver is not connected to the liver.
