Have you travelled: lately? Sound like eggs possibly parasitic.  You need a stool exam for "ova and parasites" Speak with your Primary Care Professional!

i have oral thrush/candida & was given clotrimozole troche 10mg 5x/day for 2 weeks today. white spots are all over my mouth, tongue, tonsils, lips & uvula. i can't stop wanting to gag. what can i do?

Probiotics: At organic vitamin shops you can find probiotics filled with the good bacteria which can balance the overgrowth of yeast throughout your body. A good one that comes to mind is threelac and eat a load of different yogurts too. Try to cut back on carbs for a bit and hopefully your body can balance everything out.

dry, rough hoarse throat for 4wks. dr says no candida etc. no lymph up. slight chesty cough. white spots deep one tonsil and one red patch. scared!

Post-nasal drainage: Your symptoms are probably just due to some post-nasal drainage which can cause throat pain/irritation and cough. Red and white sports on tonsils are not too concerning. The white spot is likely debris (called a tonsillolith). They are annoying but not dangerous. The red patch is probably from irritation from the drainage. Try antihistamine or steroid nose spray.

had a yeast infection 2 weeks ago. i took the pill prescribed and everything cleared. now i feel itchy again and i see 2 white spots. what is wrong?

Yeast again.: The yeast infection may not have been completely treated by one pill. Try the over-the-counter yeast meds for 7 days and see if goes away. Or see doc for further treatment.  Avoid animal products with added hormones and antibiotics.

Mucus on stool?: Mucus discharge occurs in up to 50% of patients with irritable bowel syndrome, with or without pain. Mucus may also be produced in response to partial obstruction, chronic constipation, rectal dysfunction, infection, &amp; even from secretory villous tumors of the rectum, among others.

No: It is not feasible to know what the white spots are without examining the material. However, if you do not have any symptoms it is not likely to be any thing serious.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

constipated off and on for several weeks.  1st noticed small dark spots throughout and now small white spots. stool medium brown. what is going on?

Likely nothing: abnormal. Constipation and mucus in stool may  explain both dark and light spots. Drink enough water so that your urine is watery, colorless and odorless. Increase your intake of fiber. You may wish to take a fiber laxative like Metamucil to relieve the constipation.
