Hard to say: You didn't bother to list age, temperature or other features that might narrow the options. One common trigger to bumps or blisters in these areas is a few strains of a gut virus called coxsackie. A common lay label is the hand/foot/mouth   virus.

Fibroma: A small pimple like lesion that appears on the foot may be a fibroma. Fibroma are small fibrous tissues that appear either superficial to the skin or they may appear subdermal. Many times they are painful to touch. See a Podiatrist or a Dermatologist to rule out other possibilities. Skin cancers can appear innocuous and must be checked out

Plantar warts: This sounds like plantar warts, but other things can cause a rash on the bottom of the feet, too. If they hurt, they're easily treated but you need a diagnosis - call your doctor. And when you're in public places (like the gym or a pool) wear flip flops to help prevent them from spreading (or coming back!).

Any "lump": Should really be checked out by a doctor. What you describe sounds like a cyst of which there are a few different types. Without seeing the actual lesion anyone would just be guessing what it is.

Where on the foot: Is it  in the forefoot, midfoot or bottom of the heel. It will need an evaluation by a dermatologist. Ask your physician for a referral.

Few things...: It could be acne (possible on the chest and back), folliculitis (infection at base of hair follicles), or sebaceous cysts.  1/2 inch is pretty large for acne, so i'd recommend getting it checked out by a doc to know for sure.

my son who is 1year 2 months has kind of rash/pimples that appear under his feet and i got prescription before for quadriden in march 2020.when i applied the cream the rash seem to disappear but reappear again,advise please on what else to use.thanks?

Hard to treat: It sounds like he may have something called dyshidrotic dermatitis (keeping the areas dry rather than wet but using moisturizer to avoid excess dryness can help) or a type of psoriasis. Both of these are helped by the Quadriderm which is a type of steroid.  He may grow out of the condition eventually but it tends to be a recurring problem. If you haven’t had him see a good dermatologist, do that
