about a week ago i went to the beach and got sunburnt. i didn't peel but these white patches on my stomach appeared and their still there.

Sunburn: Dead skin from sunburn will eventually exfoliate. Use Noxzema cream can help the pain if any.

White Itchy Patches: One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor. This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. Eczema usually results in scaling and itching of the skin, sometimes with peeling or oozing, but it can also lead to the formation of white patches.

i have white patches on my tonsils, fever, stomach pain and fatigue. my doctor said tonsillitis but i have no sore throat. could this be a bad sign?

Cannot diagnose: Your examining physician is in the best position to diagnose this and deal with it. Have you been checked for mononucleosis? Are you being treated? Doubt this is a "bad sign", assuming you are afraid of cancer or something else serious.  Good luck.

No but ask MD: Most dark patches if present since birth are normal.If these have appeared recently it should be checked by your doctor.As one gets old you can get dark pigmented paches.
So let him ask his doctor next time he visits his doctor.

Hard to guess: Skin patches or blotches are hard to describe in words. A doctor's exam in-person or by video can help decide what spots on the stomach might be. Spots can be "post-inflammatory," the residual effects of an earlier rash. Spots can be eczema (sensitive, dry skin), fungal infections (tinea corporis or versicolor), psoriasis (autoimmune disorder), reactions with chemicals or allergens, etc...
