Would ask that you allow a physician to examine your "spots" (whether in the office or via telemedicine), and go from there. Also, I see you have a history of shingles, which can recur.

Bruise?: Is it like a bruise? Could be secondary to fall and a bruise, local hematoma. Or have you put heating pad on it or some muscle cream, gel that you reacted to locally?
