itchy bumps for a week now after going biking w/ sunscreen. seem to be clear/flesh colored until i scratch them and they turn red. is it heat rash?

Maybe: "heat rash" is a pretty non-specific term.  The fact that the bumps have lasted a week or so means it's probably something a little more significant. The rash could be allergic in nature, whether to the sunscreen or something environmental. A trial of topical steroid cream, like hydrocortisone, may help, but if it doesn't improve in the next few days, i'd have it checked by your doctor.

Acne? Pityrosporum?: Clusters of red itchy bumps on your body could be acne, but it could also be pityrosporum folliculitis.  Acne can be treated with any of the over the counter benzoyl peroxide washes.  If you are not improving, you may need to see a dermatologist for a prescription anti fungal.  How long has this been going on?

i have a few clusters of 2-3 small red itchy bumps on my forearms. the ones near my arm fold spread to my upper arm when they get blistery. help?

Poison ivy?: Cluster of skin lesions could be from poison ivy to herpes simplex, and many different conditions. Poison ivy type of contact allergy should have some history of exposure. If it stays on one area for a long time without spreading, herpes simplex maybe considered.

See the doctor: Time to see the doctor if the medication is not helping, it could also be the wrong diagnosis. You should have it evaluated.

Allergic reaction: Usually rashes on the top of your feet are casued by some type of allergic reaction or contact dermatits. With your lower legs involved i would rule out edema/swelling as an issue as well. Your socks or shoes could be creating the rash on your feet more so if they got wet while wearing them or if you have changed soaps or detergents. If the rash persists or returns get examined by a doctor.

Probably fungal: rash, moniiasis which will respond to OTC anti fungal creams like Lotrimin AF, Monistat, Clotrimazole etc. If itching is intense add a small bean sized drop of 1% hydrocortisone cream to  a nickel sized drop of anti fungal cram and apply as a thin film,twice daily.

Should see a doctor: Many things can cause huge red itchy bumps. Giant hives, eczema, fungal infection, impetigo... Can present in similar way but treatment is quite different. You should come see a doctor to get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

Rash: It could be hives, eczema, scabies, an allergy problem, the list goes on. Seeing your doctor so they can look at your rash would be your best route of action. For now, an antihistamine and topical steroids otc, as well as calming skin care products, may be helpful.
