Yeast? STD? Herpes?: This could be an allergic or chemic reaction of some sort, or an infection, such as rather severe yeast; or perhaps genital herpes, if at risk for STDs. Pain in the lower abdomen also can go along with STDs, which can cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, infection of the fallopian tubes). See a doctor ASAP.

Thrombophlebitis: It is not uncommon for this to occur. The vein has been punctured and can result in local irritation. Warm compresses to that area as well as aspirin, or other non-steroidal anti inflammatory, may help. These may, however, cause stomach upset, particularly on an empty stomach, or increase risk for bleeding. Best to consult your doctor.

Sore back: I suggest you try both and see which feels better and stick with that. If you happen to have a foam pillow, try that.  But don't go out to buy one now! Trial and error with the pillows and also try to see if a change in your sleeping position might resolve the problem completely.

disc issues and soreness after spinal tap, i thought firm bed was best but too painful, what is best type of bed support for sensitive backs?

Pain in an area: of your back after a spinal tap may take a few days to resolve. Avoidance of direct pressure to the site is generally advised. This can be accomplished with use of pillows especially those long skinny round ones to prop you up on your side in a comfortable position. If the problem persists after a few days I would contact your doctor and have them have a look at things.

i have been experiencing pain and soreness in my right testicle. i have also found a hard area on the outer sac of my right testicle. is this common?

Consult doctor: This isn't common but the severity of it depends on your age, med hx, etc.  Consult your general doctor or urologist as soon as possible.  The hard area on the scrotal sac may have nothing to do with the pain or may be an infection.  Testicular pain can lead to permanent damage of the testicle.

i fell onto a hard object on the left side of my lower back two months ago and although much of the pain subsided within one week, i still feel sore sometimes when i lie on my right side with my back slightly bent. will it ever heal completely?

Contusion: Such an injury causes contusion to tissues like muscles and bones. Bone contusions or bruises in particular can cause rather long term discomfort and tenderness. Of course, if significant pain persists, a physician should examine you and an xray may be ordered depending on physical findings.

Am I right?: Seems like it is related to breast-feeding. Apply mineral oil after you r done feeding. Wash with soap befor u breast feed again.
