STI is a possibility: You need to be checked out as STI might be a possibility
I would advise to refrain from sexual intercourse till this is checked out and if infection is found, I would suggest your partner to be checked out as well for infection.

Possible yeast: This may be a yeast infection;however, it may simply be a collection of secretions, the only way to know for sure is to have the discharge checked under a microscope.

Not much: But the best way in which to determine what this is, is to see a gynecologist and be examined.  If you cannot do this immediately after having sex, then collect the discharge and bring it with you.

It may be normal: If you are a young woman and you have never had sex (including oral sex),  and have absolutely no other symptoms of an infection or gynecologic problem  (itching, abnormal odor, irritation, sores, pains in your lower abdomen, abnormal bleeding), it may just be the normal discharge caused by     hormones.  If you are age 21 or older, it is time to have a gynecologic exam, even if you don't have sex.

Uti vs bv: This suggests yeast infection, esp if you have been on antibiotics recently.  If fishy smell, could also be bacterial vaginosis. Both treatable. See your doc for proper evaluation and rx.

Sounds like a fungal: (yeast) infection: I suggest using double strength vaginal suppositories or Cream: Monistat-3 or Terazole-3 Abstain sexually for 1 week. No tight thing or bikini underwear- use cotton boxers and change twice daily.

discharge: A clumpy (cottage cheese- like), white, non- odorous discharge associated w itching, burning, swelling or redness can be due to yeast infections. If you have a change in color, texture, odor or amount of vaginal discharge ; problems such as pain, itching burning with urination or sex or redness/swelling  then it is best to see your gynecologist for evaluation ; accurate assessment.
