Mirena (levonorgestrel) iuds can minimize your periods. The vaginal discharge will need to be evaluate by your doctor if it persists.

: A "late period" is most commonly caused by pregnancy.  If pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.  Stress (emotional, job or school related) can delay ovulation, causing a delay in menstruation.  If the test is negative, see your gyn provider, as multiple ovarian cysts w/o ovulation can represent polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

The spotting is difficult to say... Maybe due to hormonal changes. Maybe it was a precursor bleed and you'll have a full period any day now. Check a test now, and make sure not pregnant.
