If you know: It is not ejaculate from orgasm, then it is infection. Several different conditions come to mind, but it is most likely urethritis or epidymidis from a bacteria, possibly sexually transmitted.  Please see a healthcare provider asap for proper diagnosis and treatment.

See my remarks: You have what we call URETHRITIS ,inflammation of urethra, caused by vaginal  discharge .Most likely it is fungal in nature.Does your wife complain of any discharge? (other conditions you have are not related to urethritis.)Vaginal fungus can be treated with over the counter creams.I suggest you see a urologist,or even your primary M.D.

i have a tiny hole in my clitoris, i'm sure it's not my urethra, something white comes out, like a dough. i do not know if it's normal :( i just noticed that it is more than one small hole, all with discharge?

: Probably you have a sebaceous cyst. In itself it is harmless, but such cysts can become infected. See a doctor to judge whether it should be treated, perhaps with very minor surgery. Avoid expressing discharge for a few days before you are examined, so you can demonstrate it to the doctor. Good luck.

Slight urine loss with coughing is common in women, especially those who have delivered children vaginally. If definite discharge (like mucus or pus), STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia are considerations if at risk for STD. Best to see a doctor and have it checked out. Good luck.
